The end time events until the second coming of Jesus Christ
This world is in its last stages before the worldly rule is completely destroyed and a kingdom of righteousness is established. Although many people have spoken of the second coming, many lack the vital knowledge on the events that must take place to complete the circle of this age. In the first seal, the nation that would make Israel envious will be revealed followed by the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and the signing of the world peace treaty before the time of God’s vengeance through the anti-Christ comes upon all the earth culminating in the war of Armageddon. These article discusses the purposed events that must happen before the second coming of Jesus Christ.
In the re-unsealing of the first seal, Jesus Christ rides on the White horse as conqueror:
Revelation 6 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” 2 I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.
- The revealing of the nation that was chosen to make Israel envious and bring Israel back to God
Psalms 14:77 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!
When the Lord restores his people,
let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!
The first seal will start with The revelation of Mount Zion the nation that was chosen to make Israel envious and bring the Israelites back to God.
The Lord spoke about the Israelites saying;
Deuteronomy 32: They made him jealous with their foreign gods
and angered him with their detestable idols.
17 They sacrificed to false gods, which are not God— gods they had not known,
gods that recently appeared, gods your ancestors did not fear.
19 The Lord saw this and rejected them because he was angered by his sons and daughters.
Psalms 78 17 But they continued to sin against him, rebelling in the wilderness against the Most High. 18 They willfully put God to the test by demanding the food they craved.
19 They spoke against God; they said, “Can God really spread a table in the wilderness?
21 When the Lord heard them, he was furious; his fire broke out against Jacob,
and his wrath rose against Israel, 22 for they did not believe in God or trust in his deliverance.
32 In spite of all this, they kept on sinning; in spite of his wonders, they did not believe.
36But then they would flatter him with their mouths, lying to him with their tongues;
37 their hearts were not loyal to him, they were not faithful to his covenant.
40 How often they rebelled against him in the wilderness and grieved him in the wasteland!
41 Again and again they put God to the test; they vexed the Holy One of Israel.
42 They did not remember his power— the day he redeemed them from the oppressor,
56 But they put God to the test and rebelled against the Most High;
they did not keep his statutes57 Like their ancestors they were disloyal and faithless,
as unreliable as a faulty bow. 58 They angered him with their high places;
they aroused his jealousy with their idols. 59 When God heard them, he was furious;
he rejected Israel completely.
Isaiah 28 11 Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues God will speak to this people, 12 to whom he said, “This is the resting place, let the weary rest”;
and, “This is the place of repose”— but they would not listen.
13 So then, the word of the Lord to them will become:
Do this, do that, a rule for this, a rule for that;
a little here, a little there—
so that as they go they will fall backward; they will be injured and snared and captured.
Deuteronomy 32 19 The Lord saw this and rejected them because he was angered by his sons and daughters.
21 They made me jealous by what is no god
and angered me with their worthless idols.
I will make them envious by those who are not a people;
I will make them angry by a nation that has no understanding.
Psalms 78 67 Then he rejected the tents of Joseph, he did not choose the tribe of Ephraim;
68 but he chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion, which he loved.
Psalms 132: 13 For the Lord has chosen Zion, he has desired it for his dwelling, saying,
14 “This is my resting place for ever and ever; here I will sit enthroned, for I have desired it.
15 I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor I will satisfy with food.
16 I will clothe her priests with salvation, and her faithful people will ever sing for joy.
17 “Here I will make a horn grow for David and set up a lamp for my anointed one.
Isaiah 28:16 So this is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic.
Psalms 14:7 7 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!
When the Lord restores his people,
let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!
The revelation of Zion will result in the releasing of creation from bondage and thus restoring Zion into the glory of the Garden of Eden.
Romans 822 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
Then, Zion will be restored into the glory of the Garden of Eden.
Isaiah 51:3 The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing.
Jesus Christ is the foundation stone placed in Zion, and Zion is the dwelling place of the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thus the restoration of Mount Zion will be a witness to all mankind that the Blood of Jesus Christ is able to save, redeem and restore creation into its original state as it was in the Garden of Eden. The restoration of Zion as a witness to all will be in preparation of the church for the second coming of Jesus Christ.(Refer to articles on ‘The Nation that would make Israel envious and bring the Israelites back to God)
- The message of salvation is preached unto the ends of the earth and the Holy Spirit is poured upon mankind
Mathew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Habakkuk 2: 14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord
as the waters cover the sea.
Joel 2: 28 “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
29 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
30 I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
31 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
3. The 70 weeks decree to rebuild and restore Jerusalem and the Third temple
The decree to rebuild Jerusalem will go out about 15 months before Jerusalem is besieged starting the time of lamentations. It is for this reason Israel and Zion have been warned not to rejoice with other nations at the signing of the peace treaty.
Daniel 9 24 “Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place.
The city of Jerusalem and the third temple will be rebuilt, It is in the temple that the abomination that causes desolation will be put, and so a third temple will be rebuilt before the second coming. As it is written:
Daniel 9 25…It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble…
27And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, …
Jerusalem will built in such a beautiful and secure way, impenetrable by enemies. And the most beautiful city, the perfection of the Whole earth. However, because of sin, at the time of God’s vengeance upon the earth, Jerusalem will be besieged by the anti-Christ army and destroyed. People will laugh and scoff at its fall and enemies will rejoice for having Jerusalem within their grasp
Lamentation 2 15 All who pass your way clap their hands at you; they scoff and shake their heads at Daughter Jerusalem: “Is this the city that was called the perfection of beauty,
the joy of the whole earth?” 16 All your enemies open their mouths wide against you;
they scoff and gnash their teeth and say, “We have swallowed her up.
This is the day we have waited for; we have lived to see it.”
Lamentation 4 12 The kings of the earth did not believe, nor did any of the peoples of the world, that enemies and foes could enter the gates of Jerusalem. 13 But it happened because of the sins of her prophets and the iniquities of her priests, who shed within her the blood of the righteous. 14 Now they grope through the streets as if they were blind. They are so defiled with blood that no one dares to touch their garments
Note: It is very important to understand the festivals of the Lord. It is indicated that Zion is the city of the Lord’s festivals, and some of the festivals will be kept even in the new ages to come, therefore, Zion must keep the festivals of the Lord as it is their God ordained puposes, as it is written:
Isaiah 33 5 The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. 6 He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure
20 Look on Zion, the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem,
a peaceful abode, a tent that will not be moved; its stakes will never be pulled up,
nor any of its ropes broken. 21 There the Lord will be our Mighty One…
22 For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; it is he who will save us.
These festivals mark/indicate special future events. Example, The attack on Jerusalem will be on a feast day
Lamentation 2 22 “As you summon to a feast day, so you summoned against me terrors on every side In the day of the Lord’s anger no one escaped or survived; those I cared for and reared my enemy has destroyed.”
- The Signing of the World peace treaty
Although the World will achieve world peace, the peace treaty will not last. World peace will be allowed for the sake of gathering the saints and as a means for the Whole world to choose and elect the anti-Christ and ten others to world power and thus raising the anti-Christ to the most powerful position in this age, as the World leader over all the regions of the earth.
Haggai 2 6 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. 7 I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come,..
Isaiah 43 All the nations gather together and the peoples assemble. Which of their gods foretold this and proclaimed to us the former things? Let them bring in their witnesses to prove they were right, so that others may hear and say, “It is true.”
10 “You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,
“and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me
and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed,
nor will there be one after me. 11 I, even I, am the Lord,
and apart from me there is no savior. 12 I have revealed and saved and proclaimed—
I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “that I am God. 13 Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?”
After the nations gather together and elect their representatives to oversee the world peace treaty, the anti-Christ will deceive the ten elected along with the him to be made their overall leader thus fulfilling the purposes of God.
Revelation 17 12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. 17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.
Daniel 11: 23 After coming to an agreement with him, he will act deceitfully, and with only a few people he will rise to power. 24 When the richest provinces feel secure, he will invade them and will achieve what neither his fathers nor his forefathers did.
He will break the peace treaty and invade many nations when they feel secure and are at peace.
1 Thessalonians 5: 2 for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
Isaiah 33 7 Look, their brave men cry aloud in the streets; the envoys of peace weep bitterly.
8 The highways are deserted, no travelers are on the roads.
The treaty is broken, its witnesses are despised, no one is respected.
Daniel 8: 25…When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power.
The sixth seal
Note: unlike seal one to four, that were opened in times past, seal five is of the first fruits from Israel who were killed for their faith. Seal five waits for the gentile saints who will be killed. The fifth seal will be fulfilled after the great tribulation. Also note that all the events of seal one to six last for over 1000 year period, (they happen in God’s calender time, a 1000 years representing a day) Since seal one to four were opened in times past, at the end of this age, they will happen at a higher intensity as they come to their conclusion. They will happen over a short period of time (mans callender, a day representing 24 hours as man counts them) Since the persecution of the saints started soon after Jesus Christ ascended into heaven, the seal will be completed after the gentile saints are persecuted at the end of this age. The events of seal six had not happened as they were kept sealed until the end of this age to signify God’s vengeance upon the earth. The events of seal six will last until after the 1000 year period, just before God come to dwell among men after the new heavens and new earth are created. The sixth seal therefore is unsealed at the end of this age to mark the end of this age, the vengence of God to punish mankind for the sins committed against His Laws, to destroy the worldly kingdoms and establish a righteous kingdom that will last forever. Refer to the article, ‘The seven seals’.
Revelation 6: 12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red,13 and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14 The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
15 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?
- The falling of the star
- Stars of the heavens are the saints, those who have faith in the Most High God and thus the promise to Abraham, “your descendants will be as many as the stars of the heavens”.
Daniel 12:3 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever
- The devil will work through the anti-Christ to cause the falling of the stars
Revelation 12: 3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. 4 Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
Revelation 8:10 10 The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water— 11 the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.
Revelation 13:1- 2 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea And I saw a beast coming out of the sea.
Daniel 8 9 Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land. 10 It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them.
Daniel 9:27 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him
Mathew 12 30 ‘Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.
Daniel 11:3232 With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him. 39 He … will greatly honor those who acknowledge him. He will make them rulers over many people and will distribute the land at a price.
Note that: Not all those who fall at that time will false believer/ Christians, some genuine Christians will stumble so they can be refined as it is written;
Daniel 11:33-35 33 ‘Those who are wise will instruct many, though for a time they will fall by the sword or be burned or captured or plundered. 34 When they fall, they will receive a little help, and many who are not sincere will join them. 35 Some of the wise will stumble, so that they may be refined, purified and made spotless until the time of the end, for it will still come at the appointed time.
Daniel 12 “At that time … There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.
The second seal: The time of God’s vengeance upon the earth
Note: the second seal releases the anti-Christ who will accomplish God’s vengeance upon the earth. All men are created for a reason, some to be for righteous use while some to be for common uses. From birth, the anti-Christ has been given all the necessary to get to the top most position so he can take his position as the destroyer.
Revelation 6: 3 When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” 4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.
Note: the total time of Wrath or God’s vengeance should have been seven years, (3.5 for the anti-Christ and 3.5 years for the false prophet). However in God’s mercies, for the sake of the saints, the time of wrath upon the earth has been shortened to 4.9 years because the government of the beast from the sea (anti-Christ government and kingdom of Assyria) and the beast out of the earth (false prophet government and kingdom of Babylon) will overlap for just over 2 years (refer to the article ‘calculating the times of end time events’) This is fulfillment of what Jesus Christ had said:
Mathew 24 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. 22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.
- The rise of the anti-Christ
The second seal unleashes the third and fourth seals in a very quick succession. By the time the second seal is re-unsealed, the first four Trumpets will have been blown already. The first four trumpets are warnings of the events that will occur in trumpets five to seven, That is why the eagle laments on behalf of the inhabitants of the earth, (refer to the article on ‘The seven Trumpet’. The anti-Christ is the star who falls in Trumpet three to rise in Trumpet 5 as the angel of the Abyss..
Revelation 8:13 As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: “Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!”
Revelation 9:1 The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss. 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth. 4 They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 They were not allowed to kill them but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes. 6 During those days people will seek death but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will elude them.
7 The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle. … 10 They had tails with stingers, like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment people for five months. 11 They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon (that is, Destroyer).
Revelation 12:3, 9 3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. 7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceived the whole world: …
In Revelation 13:1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast has the crowns upon his horns indicating the horns have received authority to rule as it is written:
Revelation 17: 12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. 13 They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. 14 They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”
Beast out of the sea indicates, the beast will come out of a mass of water. Water has been interpreted as people, Revelation 17:15 15 Then the angel said to me, “The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, (verse 1) are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. Thus, the beast along with the ten horns/kings will be chosen or elected by people to power.
- Signs of the end: The sun and sky darkened, earth quakes…
These are signs that will appear before the time of wrath when the large army of the anti-Christ under his command rises to terrorize the earth
Revelation 9: 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth….. 7 The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle.
Joel 2Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill.
Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste—nothing escapes them. 10 Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble,
the sun and moon are darkened, and the stars no longer shine.
- The rise of a large and well organized army compared to swarms of locust
Revelation 9:1 The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss. 2 When he opened the Abyss, smoke rose from it like the smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss. 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth…..
7 The locusts looked like horses prepared for battle. … 10 They had tails with stingers, like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment people for five months. 11 They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon and in Greek is Apollyon (that is, Destroyer).
Joel 2 Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming. It is close at hand—
2 a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness.
Like dawn spreading across the mountains a large and mighty army comes,
such as never was in ancient times nor ever will be in ages to come.
3 Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes.
Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste—
nothing escapes them. 4 They have the appearance of horses; they gallop along like cavalry.
5 With a noise like that of chariots they leap over the mountaintops,
like a crackling fire consuming stubble, like a mighty army drawn up for battle.
6 At the sight of them, nations are in anguish; every face turns pale.
7 They charge like warriors; they scale walls like soldiers.
They all march in line, not swerving from their course.
8 They do not jostle each other; each marches straight ahead.
They plunge through defenses without breaking ranks.
9 They rush upon the city; they run along the wall.
They climb into the houses; like thieves they enter through the windows.
10 Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble,
the sun and moon are darkened, and the stars no longer shine.
11 The Lord thunders at the head of his army;
his forces are beyond number, and mighty is the army that obeys his command.
The day of the Lord is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?
Zephaniah 114 The great day of the Lord is near— near and coming quickly.
The cry on the day of the Lord is bitter; the Mighty Warrior shouts his battle cry.
15 That day will be a day of wrath— a day of distress and anguish,
a day of trouble and ruin, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness—
16 a day of trumpet and battle cry against the fortified cities
and against the corner towers. 17 “I will bring such distress on all people
that they will grope about like those who are blind, because they have sinned against the Lord.
Their blood will be poured out like dust and their entrails like dung.
18 Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them on the day of the Lord’s wrath.”
Joel 1:15 Alas for that day!
For the day of the LORD is near;
It will come like destruction from the Almighty.
Isaiah 8:9 Raise the war cry, you nations, and be shattered! Listen! You distant lands;
Prepare for battle, and be shattered! Prepare for battle, and be shattered! Isaiah 14:26This is the plan determined for the whole world; This is the hand stretched out over all nations
- Five months martial law enforced forcing all men to return to their native land
Revelation 9: 3 And out of the smoke locusts came down on the earth…. and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth.
Jeremiah 50:16 Cut off from Babylon the sower, and the reaper with his sickle at harvest Because of the sword of the oppressor let everyone return to their own people, let everyone flee to their own land.
Jeremiah 51 9 “‘We would have healed Babylon, but she cannot be healed;
let us leave her and each go to our own land, for her judgment reaches to the skies,
it rises as high as the heavens.’
Isaiah 13 :9-1 6 See, the day of the Lord is coming —a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.10 The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light. 11 I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins .I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.12 I will make people scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger. 14 Like a hunted gazelle, like sheep without a shepherd, they will all return to their own people, they will flee to their native land.
Note that; those with the seal of the Living God will not be tortured like everyone else during the five months. Revelation 9: 4 They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
This is because at that time, the anti-Christ will still be pretending to be a Christian (a star) and therefore will still act as one fighting for the interest of righteousness… This will be fulfill God’s plan in the destruction of the city of Babylon. In those five months, all the redeemed will be required to return to Zion for the final count of the fullness of the gentile saints.
Jeremiah 50 8 “Flee out of Babylon; leave the land of the Babylonians,
and be like the goats that lead the flock.
28 Listen to the fugitives and refugees from Babylon declaring in Zion
how the Lord our God has taken vengeance, vengeance for his temple.
Revelation 18 4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say:
“‘Come out of her, my people,’
so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;
5 for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.
Jeremiah 51 6 “Flee from Babylon! Run for your lives!
Do not be destroyed because of her sins. It is time for the Lord’s vengeance;
he will repay her what she deserves. 45 “Come out of her, my people!
Run for your lives! Run from the fierce anger of the Lord.
46 Do not lose heart or be afraid when rumors are heard in the land;
one rumor comes this year, another the next, rumors of violence in the land
and of ruler against ruler. 10 “‘The Lord has vindicated us;
come, let us tell in Zion what the Lord our God has done.’
10. The destruction of Babylon
Isaiah 48 12 “Listen to me, Jacob, Israel, whom I have called: I am he; I am the first and I am the last.13 My own hand laid the foundations of the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens; when I summon them, they all stand up together. 14 “Come together, all of you, and listen: Which of the idols has foretold these things? The Lord’s chosen ally will carry out his purpose against Babylon; his arm will be against the Babylonians. 15 I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him. I will bring him, and he will succeed in his mission. 16 “Come near me and listen to this: “From the first announcement I have not spoken in secret; at the time it happens, I am there.” And now the Sovereign Lord has sent me, endowed with his Spirit. 17 This is what the Lord says your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.
Jeremiah 51:1, 14,27 This is what the Lord says: “See, I will stir up the spirit of a destroyer against Babylon and the people of Leb Kamai.14 The Lord Almighty has sworn by himself: I will surely fill you with troops, as with a swarm of locusts, and they will shout in triumph over you.
11 “Sharpen the arrows, take up the shields!
The Lord has stirred up the kings of the Medes, because his purpose is to destroy Babylon.
The Lord will take vengeance, vengeance for his temple. 12 Lift up a banner against the walls of Babylon!
Reinforce the guard, station the watchmen, prepare an ambush!
The Lord will carry out his purpose, his decree against the people of Babylon.
13 You who live by many waters
and are rich in treasures, your end has come, the time for you to be destroyed.
14 The Lord Almighty has sworn by himself: I will surely fill you with troops, as with a swarm of locusts,
and they will shout in triumph over you.
Jeremiah 50:41-42 “Look! An army is coming from the north; a great nation and many kings are being stirred up from the ends of the earth. 42 They are armed with bows and spears; they are cruel and without mercy. They sound like the roaring sea as they ride on their horses; they come like men in battle formation to attack you, Daughter Babylon.
The destruction of the city of Babylon is explained in Revelation 17
Revelation 17:1One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits by many waters.3 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns 5The name written on her forehead was a mystery: Babylon the great the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth.
18 The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.” 16 The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
- The War by the River Euphrates, The 6th Trumpet
At the war by the River Euphrates, the kings Who will represent East Africa (Zion), Egypt and Israel will be destroy because they will be the main obstacle for the rise of false prophet. The three will be destroyed to fulfill what was spoken through Daniel about the small horn.
Daniel 11: 40 “At the time of the end the king of the South will engage him in battle, and the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots and cavalry and a great fleet of ships. He will invade many countries and sweep through them like a flood.41 He will also invade the Beautiful Land…. 42 He will extend his power over many countries; Egypt will not escape. 43 He will gain control of the treasures of gold and silver and all the riches of Egypt, with the Libyans and Cushites in submission.
Jeremiah 46: 3-4, 10-126 “The swift cannot flee nor the strong escape. In the north by the River Euphrates they stumble and fall. 3 “Prepare your shields, both large and small, and march out for battle! 4 Harness the horses, mount the steeds! Take your positions with helmets on! Polish your spears, put on your armor!10 But that day belongs to the Lord, the Lord Almighty— a day of vengeance, for vengeance on his foes. The sword will devour till it is satisfied, till it has quenched its thirst with blood.For the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will offer sacrifice 11 “Go up to Gilead and get balm, Virgin Daughter Egypt. But you try many medicines in vain; there is no healing for you. 12 The nations will hear of your shame; your cries will fill the earth.One warrior will stumble over another; both will fall down together.” in the land of the north by the River Euphrates.
Ezekiel 30:5-8 5 Cush and Libya, Lydia and all Arabia, Kub and the people of the covenant land will fall by the sword along with Egypt.6 “‘This is what the Lord says: “‘The allies of Egypt will fall and her proud strength will fail.
Revelation 9:13-14 13 The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the four horns of the golden altar that is before God. 14 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind. 16 The number of the mounted troops was twice ten thousand times ten thousand. I heard their number.
And so it will be fulfilled:
Daniel 11: 22 Then an overwhelming army will be swept awaybefore him; both it and a prince of the covenant will be destroyed.
The sign in the sky after the war by the river Euphrates; sun go down at noon and the earth darken at broad daylight
Amos 8 7 The Lord has sworn by himself, the Pride of Jacob: “I will never forget anything they have done. 8 “Will not the land tremble for this, and all who live in it mourn The whole land will rise like the Nile; it will be stirred up and then sink like the river of Egypt. 9 “In that day,” declares the Sovereign Lord, “I will make the sun go down at noon and darken the earth in broad daylight. 10 I will turn your religious festivals into mourning and all your singing into weeping. I will make all of you wear sackcloth and shave your heads. I will make that time like mourning for an only son and the end of it like a bitter day.
Ezekiel 32 7 When I snuff you out, I will cover the heavens and darken their stars; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon will not give its light. 8 All the shining lights in the heavens I will darken over you; I will bring darkness over your land, declares the Sovereign Lord.
- The signs in The Sky as written in Revelation 12
The dragon is the devil and the war in Revelation 12 the completion of the war that started in the garden of Eden. The devil and his angels lose their position in the heavenly council and are thrown down to earth to be chained for the 1000 years and thrown into the lake of fire after the 1000 year period
Revelation 123 : 3Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. 7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven.9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
The woman of revelation 12 is from Zion as recorded in Jeremiah4:31, her crown is sign that she represents both the church with the 12 foundation stones of the disciples’ names and the 12 tribes of Israel. The sign as shown in the sky in Revelation 12 is after her prayer recorded in Psalms 86:12-17, long after she has given birth. This sign will be the last signal to Israel and the church that the time of trouble as was spoken by the prophets has started
Revelation 12 A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.2 She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. 17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.
The son she bears is the anointed future king David who will rule Israel and all nations with an iron scepter, Isaiah 11. This child is Jesus Christ scepter from Zion in psalms 110. This child will be killed/snatched to God’s throne to be raised by God as was prophesied in Jeremiah.
Revelation 123 5 She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.
12: The time of Lamentation in Israel
After the war by the River Euphrates, the king of Assyria and His army will overflow to Jerusalem
Isaiah 7 18 In that day the Lord will whistle for flies from the Nile delta in Egypt and for bees from the land of Assyria. 19 They will all come and settle in the steep ravines and in the crevices in the rocks, on all the thorn bushes and at all the water holes. 20 In that day the Lord will use a razor hired from beyond the Euphrates River—the king of Assyria—to shave your head and private parts, and to cut off your beard also.
Isaiah 8 7 therefore the Lord is about to bring against them the mighty floodwaters of the Euphrates— the king of Assyria with all his pomp. It will overflow all its channels, run over all its banks 8 and sweep on into Judah, swirling over it, passing through it and reaching up to the neck. Its outspread wings will cover the breadth of your land, Immanuel
At that time warning will go to Zion
Joel 2:1-11 Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the Lord is coming. It is close at hand 2 a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like dawn spreading across the mountains a large and mighty army comes, such as never was in ancient times nor ever will be in ages to come.3 Before them fire devours, behind them a flame blazes. Before them the land is like the garden of Eden, behind them, a desert waste— nothing escapes them. 10 Before them the earth shakes, the heavens tremble, the sun and moon are darkened, and the stars no longer shine. 11 The Lord thunders at the head of his army; his forces are beyond number, and mighty is the army that obeys his command. The day of the Lord is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?
Jeremiah 6 26 Put on sackcloth, my people, and roll in ashes; mourn with bitter wailing as for an only son, for suddenly the destroyer will come upon us. 27 “I have made you a tester of metals and my people the ore, that you may observe and test their ways. 28 They are all hardened rebels, going about to slander. They are bronze and iron; they all act corruptly. 29 The bellows blow fiercely to burn away the lead with fire, but the refining goes on in vain; the wicked are not purged out. 30 They are called rejected silver, because the Lord has rejected them.”
Jeremiah 7 29 “‘Cut off your hair and throw it away; take up a lament on the barren heights, for the Lord has rejected and abandoned this generation that is under his wrath
Isaiah 17 4 “In that day the glory of Jacob will fade; the fat of his body will waste away. 5 It will be as when reapers harvest the standing grain, gathering the grain in their arms—as when someone gleans heads of grain in the Valley of Rephaim. 6 Yet some gleanings will remain, as when an olive tree is beaten, leaving two or three olives on the topmost branches, four or five on the fruitful boughs,” declares the Lord, the God of Israel
13. The great persecution
The great tribulation in Zion is a harvest to the Lord, let the people have courage in faith, they are more than conquers in the Lord Jesus Christ in Whom they have put their faith, they will raise again.
Revelation 6 9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained.
Revelation 14 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as first fruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
Revelation 7 4 Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.
Revelation 6 10 They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” 11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been
Luke 21: 12 “… they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. 13 And so you will bear testimony to me. 14 But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. 15 For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. 16 You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. 17 Everyone will hate you because of me.18 But not a hair of your head will perish. 19 Stand firm, and you will win life.
Revelation 14 14 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15 Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
Romans 835 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Revelation 2 10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution … Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown. 11 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who is victorious will not be hurt at all by the second death. 26 To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— 27 that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’—just as I have received authority from my Father. 28 I will also give that one the morning star. 29 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Revelation 12 11 They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. 12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them!
Revelation 14 13 Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.” 16 So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested.
- Israel will repent and be united with Zion
Jeremiah 50 3A nation from the north will attack her and lay waste her land. No one will live in it; both people and animals will flee away. 4 “In those days, at that time,” declares the Lord, “the people of Israel and the people of Judah together will go in tears to seek the Lord their God. 5 They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward it.They will come and bind themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.
Jesus spoke of this unity, John 10 14 “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
And so after the time of persecution passes by, the people of Zion Who will be in Jerusalem will be cleansed along with the Israelites as it is written:
Isaiah 30:19-28 19 People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. 20 Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. 21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” 22 Then you will desecrate your idols overlaid with silver and your images covered with gold; you will throw them away like a menstrual cloth and say to them, “Away with you!”
Jeremiah 31 For the Lord will deliver Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they. 12 They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the Lord; the grain, the new wine and the olive oil,the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more. 13 Then young women will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.
This will fulfill what was spoken about the people of Zion from beyond the River’s of Ethiopia.
Zephaniah 3 9 “Then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him shoulder to shoulder.10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings. 11 On that day you, Jerusalem, will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from you your arrogant boasters. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill. 12 But I will leave within you the meek and humble. The remnant of Israel will trust in the name of the Lord.13 They will do no wrong; they will tell no lies. A deceitful tongue will not be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid.”
14. The 7 plagues on the anti-Christ government
By the time the seven angels are ready to pour out the seven vials upon the anti-Christ government under the false prophets leadership and those who will have the mark of the beast, the wrath upon the saints who will be left alive will have been accomplished.
Revelation 15 I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues—last, because with them God’s wrath is completed. 2 And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and its image and over the number of its name.
The time of wrath, from the time the anti-Christ rises to power will last for about five years. After those five years of wrath, it will be the wrath of lamb upon those who will have taken the number of the beast and their government. (On how long the time the vengeance of God will last refer to the article ‘calculating the times of the end time events’. At that time before the wrath of God is poured, the saints are advised to stay indoor until all the wrath of God is accomplished upon the beast and its people, as it is written;
Isaiah 26: 20 Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you;
hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.
21 See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins.
The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer.
Then the plagues will be poured:
Revelation 16 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go, pour out the seven bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.”
2 The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly, festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
3 The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead person, and every living thing in the sea died.
4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. 5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:
“You are just in these judgments, O Holy One,
you who are and who were;
6 for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,
and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve.”
7 And I heard the altar respond:
“Yes, Lord God Almighty,
true and just are your judgments.”
8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire. 9 They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repentand glorify him.
10 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony 11 and cursedthe God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. 13 Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon,out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
15 “Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”
16 Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. 19 The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered Babylon the Great and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20 Every island fled away and the mountains could not be found. 21 From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
The sixth vial gathers the kings of the earth to the war of Armageddon, and that war will happen at the same time Babylon is forever destroyed. At trumpet five, only the city of Babylon is destroyed, at the seventh vial, the god’s of Babylon are also destroyed so that Babylon is no more. The destruction of the gods of Babylon happen at the same time the false prophet is destroyed at the war of Armageddon at that time, heaven will rejoice, for the scepter of wickedness will be no more. The celebration in heaven over Babylon’s fall is recorded in Revelation 19.
Jeremiah 50: 47 For the time will surely come when I will punish the idols of Babylon;
her whole land will be disgraced and her slain will all lie fallen within her.
48 Then heaven and earth and all that is in them will shout for joy over Babylon,
for out of the north destroyers will attack her,” declares the Lord.
15. The war of Armageddon and the rupture of the saints
1 Thessalonians 4: 15:-18 According to the Lord’s own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.
1 Corithians 15 50 I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory
Mathew 24 30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Mark 13: 26 “At that time people will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory. 27 And he will send his angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens.
The day of Armageddon
Zechariah 14:4-5. 4 On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south.
Revelation 19; 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God, 18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small.” 19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army. 20 But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.21 The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
Mathew 24 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
